Jupiter

I set out to create a chair you can sink into with a good book or a sketchpad and be instantly transported to another world. While the asymmetric curves and spalted wood invite the unconventional, it’s ergonomic seat, convenient side table, and soft upholstery create a comfortable holding space. The result is a chair that I hope will spend its lifetime inspiring sitters to be their most imaginative selves.

Chair in a Week

Mission: build a usable chair in just 1 week (knowing nothing about building chairs...)
The added twist: we could only use 2 2x4s and a half sheet of plywood.
